MILK Run Booth @ NP Atrium on 25, 28 and 29 Jun 2007

Dear all NPSDians,

Thank you for all your efforts in making our MILK Run Booth reachout to be a great success! All of you in one way or another contributed to the great success of the reachout, be it coming to the booth to set up, reaching out at the booth, dropping by the booth to fill indemnity form, behind the scene chanting for the great success of the booth, all these efforts contributed to us managing to get 35 students to sign up at the booth.

Our SD Chief, Wan Xiang, commended all your efforts in front of the IICs on Friday at ICA. He mentioned that though 35 students may not seem like a lot, it actually matters a lot to him and he is very proud of all of us. Because we have taken the first step to breakthrough ourselves to talk to the NP students about the significance of this MILK Run and create an awareness of MILK Run and SSA among the student community. We, IICs, are proud of you all too! Let's continue to move forward in unity and score more victories in our lives. =)

Maiden

Hi npsdian, tommorrow will be the very first day of our NPSD booth and perhaps publicity stun happening in our campus.. According to our very very very senior npsd, this is actually the first time npsd got the chance to set up a booth in Ngee Ann which i think is the fruit of all the dedication and behind the scene effort on all levels of NPSD..Really thanks you all for making this happen so let us really treasure this opportunity with a sentence of GOETHE,:

" It is not enough to move forward with the intention that you will eventually reach your destination. you must rather think that, because the next step may be your last, each and every step must be worthwhile."

Let our smiles touch each and person's heart.. Take this booth as a challenge.. IF we are weak in speaking, then muster your courage, set a target and set off.. This is how we grow.. Let us all have a target of how many people we want to go forward and speak to,irregardless of eventually whether they will join the run or not..Just by taking the first step, you are on the way to victory. As sensei sum it all out,

All right, that's all.. let proceed to the field with sensei words in our mind.. I know in NPSD, we love to say please win in this, please win in that, let's win, win, win.. However, in my sense, i am not asking you to win overthe world, win something impractical or win things you dunnoe why you want to win.. Right now,all i am asking you to win, is to win over yourself. To win over your weakness.. That itself,is the spirit of (NPSD) "Together we win!!"

Hi brothers and sisters of NPSD.. OMG, its have been 1 month since some post was being published so will like to apologise cause i am really being bogged down by my army stuff.. Please accept my sincere apology that i cannot join you all in the struggle for the milk-run.. Due to all your hardwork, good news have come to my ears mainly regarding about the booth.. As i do not have time to elaborate and i know NPSD ymd don't really like to read my draggy post therefore will just love to touch on this short sweet point that i believe will ensure our victory of 75ymd and 75ywd NPSD milkrun goal.

THOSE BEING THE SCENES WILL WIN!!!

I know the booth that we accquire for NP is a success but let all really apply the principle of beind the scenes in our booth. There is a saying which i love a lot too, "IF YOU WANT TO CHOP A TREE, SPEND HALF A DAY SHARPENING THE AXE". By preparing ground work and putting effort in behind the scene work, that will be the only way of success for our booth..This principle is same for all, no matter in studies or in kosenru-fu, prepartion must be throughly make before embarking on the struggle..

With that, let challenge ourselves to the fullest!!
